You don't need query language. Type what you want to know, and the assistant works out how to answer it from your project's real data.
Things worth asking
- "What layers are in this project and what's in them?" — a quick orientation in someone else's project.
- "How many Transmission Mains cross Pressure Zone 570?" — counts, including "inside this area" questions across two layers.
- "List the Distribution Mains where material is Cast Iron." — the matching rows themselves.
- "Average diameter of Distribution Mains by material?" — a breakdown, which comes back as a chart. See Insights and Saved Results.
- "Where is 453 West 12th Avenue, Vancouver?" — an address on the map.
A worked example: Ava Reyes opens "Harbourview Network Buildout" and asks "How many Hydrants fall inside Pressure Zone 407?" She gets the number. No selection tools, no exported spreadsheet.
If your question is ambiguous the assistant asks rather than guesses, and if your project doesn't hold the data it tells you so instead of inventing an answer.
Map highlights
When an answer is about particular features, the map narrows to just those, telling you "The map is showing only this result's features." Click "Show all" to bring the rest back. Closing the assistant clears highlights too.
Voice input
The input bar has a microphone button, if your browser supports it.
Start fresh
"Clear conversation" in the panel header wipes the thread. Conversations belong to the project you're in, so there's nothing to tidy up across projects.
